No Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on Uniforms Infinity. All sales are final. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that there may be instances where you may need to exchange a product due to sizing issues or defects. Please adhere to the following conditions:

Exchange Process:
-If you wish to exchange any products, please inform us on our support number +91 9326059843. You will be required to courier the items you wish to exchange on Society Centre, 8 old, Vora House, Grampanchayat Road,near Goregaon Railway Station, Goregaon (West), Mumbai 400104 - with a note mentioning your order number, what size do you wish to exchange for and your mobile number along with the parcel

Please Note:

1. Unworn and Unused Products: The item(s) you wish to exchange must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, including all original tags and packaging.
2. Exchange Approval: Our customer support team will review your exchange request and if it’s valid they’ll exchange it.
3. Exclusions: Personalized or customized items, as well as any items that show signs of wear or damage, are not eligible for exchange.
4. Difference Amount: If there is a difference in the price of the size ordered vs the size you want in exchange; the price difference has to be beared by the customer.
5. Courier Charges: If the customer wishes to exchange the sizes of the product for any reason apart from product defect. The customer will have to bear the courier cost both ways.
6. Subject to availability: Exchange is subject to size availability.If you have not received the required size. You will have to revisit us on the communicated date for the required size.
7. No re-exchange: Once exchanged, re-exchange is not possible, you need to reorder.
